Within Guarantee Period 

Zero Appliances (Pty) Ltd guarantees their products for a standard period of 1 year

(12 months), against defective material and workmanship, not cosmetics.

The guarantee period is from date of purchase.

Any damage caused due to improper use or customer neglect, is not covered under guarantee.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only, and means that if any defect covered thereby arise within the period,

we will by repair or replacement (at our own discretion), remedy any such defect at no charge.

Whilst happy at all times to honor the above guarantee it must be understood, however, that we do not accept liability

for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, arising from the operation of the Zero Appliance product or its

equipment as explained on the guarantee card received with all products.

Guarantee / Warranty will only be honored if an examination discloses to our satisfaction that

any alleged defect has not been caused by misuse, improper maintenance, neglect,

improper installation, operation, alteration, modification or physical environment, such as unstable or interrupted power supply

Guarantee null and void due to load shedding or power grid issues

Zero Appliances recommends the use of a surge protector device / plug

The guarantee is a Carry – In. Thus, the product will be collected at the shop originally purchased from. Zero Appliances (Pty) Ltd

will not be able to repair any of their products at a private residence, nor collect from a private residence

This guarantee applies only within the borders of South Africa as well as Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and Namibia.

Guarantee null and void without a valid COC (Certificate of Conformity) from a registered Gas Installer for all

installed gas products as per SABS requirements (SANS087).
